It was a rather foggy night, as two figures walked through the streets to a building. One holds the door open “Just tell me again, why did you have to go to the book store that was all the way across the city?”

“To get this one of a kind book. Stahs is going to love it.” Indigo told Val.

“I dont think he could give a fuck.” Val retorted.

“How could you say that?” Indigo ask, looking baffled at the other Vampire.

“Because I couldn’t give a fuck.” Val looked at Indigo. “Look Indi you do this all the time. When are you going to accept that our sire is not into like that? Hell he barely accepts being a sire.”

Indigo furrow his brow “Just cause you are a bitter person doesn’t mean Stahs is.”

Val stared at Indigo “I want to live in the delusional world you seem to think you exist in.”

Indigo rolled his eyes and walked on, moving past the Vampiric priest. Giving the priest a nod of acknowledgement, the priest gave a small nod back. He move to Val “ah Benjamin, what was that about?”

Val sighs “Indi living a fantasy life in he thinks Stahs is going to love him.” He explains.

Father Voltruist tilt his head “hmm I am not sure if Lord Grey is capable of love. Seems more serious, rather than enjoy life type.”

Val smirked ” You and I know this, but you try to explain that to Indi.” Val shook his head “So Father how goes your delusional ideology?”

“It only seems delusional to you, because you keep refusing to hear her voice. However it goes well, how does the florists shop? You know that garden you planted in the courtyard of Lord Grey is beautiful.” Voltruist spoke.

Val arch a brow ” You and Indi truly do not live in this plain.” Giving a shrug “It goes I suppose. As for the garden it was put there at Stahs request. I couldn’t give a fuck what that courtyard looks like.”

Voltruist watch Val “Do you give a fuck about anything?” He ask.

Val shrugs “Not really. Though i didn’t give a fuck even when i was alive.” He move to walk on “Better go grab Indi so he doesn’t push Stahs to much.”

Voltruist watch him leave “Wish I could make you give a fuck Benjamin. Maybe one day… you see the world isn’t so bleak.” He then move to continue his duties.
