He was turned in his late 30’s after drawing the attention of a vampire notorious for turning and abandoning fledglings. After being turned Wagner educated himself enough to find and kill his sire. Turning many fledglings himself, he documented as many details of his fledglings lives before and after turning. Unfortunately his meticulous documentation attracted the attention of the labs that set a trap leading him to be captured and wind up in servitude to the labs.
